Commercial Leader Opportunity

Ideal for those seeking a commercial challenge, this role involves driving and managing the delivery of commercial solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and financiers, supporting business units in developing commercial acumen.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial business that encompasses fuel production, importation, distribution, equipment, monitoring, and management services. The company has a large network of fuel sites across Australia and strategic relationships with local and international suppliers, financiers, and insurers.

The successful candidate will be a Senior Commercial Leader with experience across various commercial contracts and compliance. Key requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Law or a business-related discipline;
  • Demonstrable experience as a Commercial Leader or Senior Commercial Advisor in multiple commercial arrangements;
  • Significant experience in delivering and executing commercial arrangements, including high-level compliance;
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to build strong relationships across the business.

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of commercial arrangements and the ability to drive business growth through effective negotiation and strategic planning.
