About the Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Commercial will lead all commercial functions across the organisation, including: End-to-end procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract management Commercial project delivery, including business system rollouts and process improvement Working with finance to support business reporting, planning, and commercial insights Managing key customer and partner relationships Leading a team across property, parts, and projects Acting as a strategic conduit across operational, commercial, and executive functions This role is designed for a dynamic commercial leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and can drive outcomes across multiple business streams.
