Residential Property Management Assistant

The role of the Junior Property Manager involves assisting senior property managers in the day-to-day management of residential properties.
- Responsibilities include conducting routine, entry, and final property inspections, handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, preparing lease agreements, and performing administrative tasks to support the property management team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who possesses strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Senior Property Managers with property management tasks
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle and respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople
- Prepare lease agreements and process rental applications
