The key responsibilities of this position include creating and adjusting digital patterns using specialized software, managing technical documentation, communicating with suppliers, and maintaining a comprehensive pattern library. Additionally, the candidate will assist in developing specifications for offshore production, contribute to fittings, and ensure accurate documentation of alterations and changes throughout the product lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital pattern making and garment technology
  • Relevant industry certification or degree
  • A strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication
  • Proficiency in StyleCAD and other relevant software
  • A calm and solutions-focused demeanor, combined with creativity and methodical thinking skills
