Garment Designer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Garment Designer to create patterns for contemporary women's fashion garments. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for collaborating with designers to develop high-quality designs that meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create patterns for contemporary women's fashion.
  • Optimise patterns for production while preserving artisanal quality.
  • Make necessary adjustments for fit and style, conduct fittings, and stay updated on fashion trends and pattern-making techniques.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in garment design and pattern making in contemporary women's fashion.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and design principles.
  • Excellent technical skills in pattern making and grading.
  • Proficient in industry-standard pattern-making software (Lectra or Gerber).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects.
