Mission

The Social Account Manager is chartered with developing deep relationships with client stakeholders and developing business opportunities that enable us to acquire new and retain existing business.

The Social Account Manager has a commitment to delivery excellence and developing their team to exceed expectations. With a strong grasp on what exceptional delivery looks like, the Social Account Manager will closely manage a high potential team and support on both an executional and strategic level.

Key Outcomes

Financial and Commercial- Understand and manage retainer according to scope.- Grow existing client engagements by identifying opportunity areas (by 10% YoY) and selling-in to clients.- Support Social Department Manager and Client Partner developing client proposals for new business opportunities.- Support Social Department Manager and Client Partner developing client proposals for new business opportunities.

Client and DeliveryTeam- Line manage junior members of the team. Have weekly 1-2-1s and identify areas for training and development.- Develop clear progression and development plans for all team members within the first 3-months. These should be reviewed every 6 months and updated as team members progress in their roles.

Subject Matter Expertise- Develop blog content and participate in webinars to enhance credibility and thought leadership once within the first 12 months.

Product Strategy- Own and drive the development and implementation of 1 new social product per year to support in driving new revenue opportunities.

Skills and qualifications- BA in Marketing or a similar discipline- Facebook Suite: Business Manager, Creator Studio, Insights & Pages- Social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn- Analytical tools: Emplifi, Google Analytics- Microsoft Office & Google Suites- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent attention to detail- Analytical with an eye for insights- Experience working with ecommerce clients will be a bonus
