Job Description

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Manager.

As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage financial reports and budgets to ensure accurate financial tracking and forecasting.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications:
    • Candidate must possess a degree in accounting or a related field.
    • CA qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
