The key responsibilities of this role include managing orders using Micros POS, working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensuring smooth, professional service from start to finish. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in food and wine pairing, knowledge of which is highly valued by our team.

Requirements:
  • Valid Australian working rights and current NSW RSA certificate.
  • Fluent English language skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Up to 2 years' experience in premium dining environments.
  • Knowledge of food and wine pairing principles.
  • A positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
Nice to Have:
  • Formal qualifications in hospitality management or related fields.
  • Experience with food and wine pairings, particularly Italian cuisine.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems such as SevenRooms.
  • Proficiency in Italian language, although not required.
