Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to lead our surface infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations of surface infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical leadership for the surface electrical maintenance department, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute electrical equipment upgrades and replacements to ensure safe and reliable operation in demanding conditions.
  • Collaborate with the Surface Infrastructure Superintendent to develop and implement engineering solutions that support production goals.
  • Design, construct, and commission electrical systems and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in electrical and underground mining trade.
  • Current Electrical License or Electrical tertiary qualification.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to collaborate and communicate across different levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Experience with SAP or other computerized maintenance management systems is advantageous.
