We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the administration of primary insurance claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating end-to-end administration on death, terminal illness, and income protection claims, reviewing claim information, interpreting policies, and determining claim eligibility within delegated authority. You will also request medical reports, arrange appointments, and liaise with external service providers and clients via telephone and written communication.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Basic to medium level Excel skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Life Insurance Code of Practice and Claims Handling AFSL obligations.
- Experience working with a Claims Management System (CMS) and processing payments.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, project support, and problem-solving skills.
