Vehicle Warranty Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Vehicle Warranty Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle warranty paperwork for various brands
  • Verify documentation criteria for manufacturers or distributors
  • Process returned, rejected, or adjusted warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Reconcile warranty receivables with the accounting department
  • Coordinate parts shipment to the factory or distributor and resubmit rejected claims promptly
  • Accurately complete clocking times and parts tagging
  • Resolve warranty-related issues, including vendor interactions
  • Collaborate with Workshop Foremen, Technicians, and Service Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work at any location
  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator/Clerk in the Automotive Industry (preferred)
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Mechanical knowledge is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with prioritization ability
  • Attention to detail and process adherence
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Teamwork and a positive attitude
