Rôle

Les attributions principales du directeur commercial sont multiples :

  • Elaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale globale, ce qui implique de définir les objectifs et les cibles à atteindre,
  • Develeper et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants et potentiels, ce qui nécessite une approche solidaire et empatique,
  • Contribuer au succès financier de l'entreprise en gérant efficacement les équipes commerciales et en atteignant les objectifs de vente et de profit,
  • Analiser les données de vente et de marché pour améliorer constamment la stratégie commerciale et ainsi garantir la compétitivité de l'entreprise,
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements pour maintenir une cohérence dans l'approche du marché et maximiser les avantages de l'intégration.

Compétences requises :

  • Une expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine du commerce ou des ventes,
  • Des capacités fortes en gestion et en marketing,
  • Un fort sens de l'organisation et de la planification,
  • Une bonne aptitude aux relations humaines et à la communication interpersonnelle,
  • Une connaissance approfondie du marché et des tendances actuelles.
