We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our care team at our modern care home in Chatswood. Our goal is to provide world-class care to our residents, supporting their health, lifestyle, and well-being.

The Role
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with the delivery and administration of medication, adhering to resident care plans and medication charts.
  • Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Maintain accurate health care documentation, including progress notes and care plans.
  • Encourage residents to participate in social activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Build relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing or Individual Support.
  • A passion for delivering world-class care and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
