The Job Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities.
  • Assist with the delivery and administration of medication as required.
  • Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans.
  • Maintain accurate healthcare documentation as necessary.
  • Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities.
  • Build relationships with our residents and their families.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies.
What We Require
  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
  • A passion and energy for delivering world-class care.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
