Job Overview

This role involves provisioning bespoke banking solutions for experienced commercial and property finance investors operating in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane area.

The successful candidate will be part of an important business within our core market, managing and growing a portfolio of highly valued customer relationships.

About the Role
  • Lead the sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures and conducting thorough due diligence to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Manage approval processes and documentation, foster stakeholder relationships and drive sales initiatives.
  • Lead, coach and provide development opportunities for junior team members to achieve current and future objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to implement operational and process improvements.
  • Represent the bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance is essential, with strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions required.
  • Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills are necessary to deliver bespoke solutions for important client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences and navigating internal and external stakeholders are needed.
  • Strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric focus are required.
  • Ability to drive business strategies, foster team growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences is essential.
  • Established networks to provide new business opportunities and support growth are desired.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or property economics are highly regarded.
