Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor, APS5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key agency skills.
  • Support senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment.
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.

About This Role:

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service in human resources.
  • Prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries.
  • Demonstrated experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasking or projects.
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience.
