We're seeking a confident communicator with a passion for building meaningful relationships and driving social connection.

This role offers the chance to lead engaging programs that bring joy, inclusion, and wellbeing to older adults in Rockhampton.

The ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver inclusive social connection and engagement programs that enhance customer wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver inclusive social connection and engagement programs that enhance customer wellbeing.
  • Build strong relationships with teams, customers, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Promote our organisation locally to grow awareness and attract customers.
  • Maximise engagement in programs and boost usage of our facilities.
  • Coordinate transport, venues, and staffing to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and uphold safety and compliance standards.
  • Guide Support Workers and Volunteers through training and development.
  • Use customer feedback to enhance service and program quality.
About You

You're someone who brings creativity, empathy, and practical know-how to every interaction.

You'll have a relevant qualification or willingness to obtain, experience in aged care or disability services, strong communication skills, solid organisational and computer literacy skills, local knowledge and community connections.
