
Disability Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will work one-to-one with participants providing support with daily activities, personal administration, shopping, community participation, and household chores.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to speak Vietnamese, and possess a full and clean Australian Driver's License. Additionally, they will require an NDIS Worker Screening Check, qualification or studying in Disability/Nursing/Social Work/similar field, or equivalent experience, a Working with Children Check (must be employee card), and current First Aid Level 2 and CPR certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to participants with daily activities, personal administration, and community participation
- Assist with household chores and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other professionals involved in their care
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
