We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

This is a casual role that offers flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other carers and healthcare professionals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will be empathetic, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care
  • Will have experience working with children who exhibit challenging behavior
  • Will be able to operate a hoist safely and effectively
  • Will hold a valid NDIS Screening Check and Working With Children Check
  • Will possess a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a commitment to quality care
Requirements

To succeed as a Support Worker, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services
  • National Police Certificate
  • Open Valid Driver License
