The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing New Homes Sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Engage with prospective customers at our display homes to provide them with expert advice and guidance.
  2. Qualify customers and progress them through a defined path specific to their budget, design & lifestyle requirements.
  3. Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.
  4. Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers and engage the client by providing value.
  5. Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments within Weeks Homes to deliver complete and correct documentation.
  7. Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the NEX Group along with:

  1. Experience working in a similar role – preferably within new home sales.
  2. Strong sales background with high ambition to achieve results.
  3. An outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging – people want to talk to you.
  4. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think outside the square to achieve an outcome.
  6. A passion for helping people.
  7. Availability to work Saturday - Wednesday, including public holidays.
