Job Title

A highly skilled administrator is required to support our employees and the broader organisation by providing administrative support for various People and Culture processes and initiatives, while also fostering a positive workplace culture.

About The Role

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will work closely with employees across all levels and departments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for various People and Culture processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries related to general People and Culture support.
  • Support Business Partners in delivering projects, initiatives, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the Volunteer Manager in the Volunteer Programme.
About You

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, proactive problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, collaborative approach with the ability to work across diverse teams, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (not essential), previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
