Join us to explore an exciting opportunity as a Stakeholder Engagement Manager. As a key member of our team, you will lead community and stakeholder engagement for renewable energy development projects based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

This role offers a unique blend of challenges and rewards, with opportunities to work independently and collaboratively to deliver results as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing development activities for our portfolio of development projects, leading stakeholder engagement programs, and developing project communications collateral.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to support the successful development and delivery of renewable energy projects.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with communities, key stakeholders and first nations communities.">
  • Collaborate with development and construction teams to drive effective community engagement program design and delivery.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • 5-7 years' experience in the development of onshore utility scale renewable energy projects in Australia.">
  • Demonstrated track record in influencing effective community engagement program design and delivery.">
  • Proven ability to lead the implementation and champion the use of systems and processes to produce stakeholder insights for each project and across the business.">
  • Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Degree (or equivalent) in an environmental, engineering, planning or science-based subject with excellent project management skills.">
