Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and lead the grid connection aspects of Australian utility-scale solar projects.

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning stages to post-completion operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing grid connection strategies for new and existing projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including grid operators, government agencies, and local communities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in grid connection management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of grid connection regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
