Pre-Construction Project Manager Role

INTEC Energy Solutions seeks a dynamic professional to lead the technical and logistical readiness of solar and BESS projects from pre-construction through to execution. This pivotal role ensures seamless handover to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all technical and regulatory early works activities to ensure site and grid readiness.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, suppliers, utilities, councils, landowners, and internal teams.
  • Manage permitting, planning approvals, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Oversee geotechnical studies, surveys, and temporary site works.
  • Support early procurement, subcontractor engagement, and site mobilization.
  • Identify project risks and maintain compliance with WHS and environmental standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have 5–7 years' experience in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure project management. A strong understanding of utility-scale solar development and grid connection in Australia is essential.

Relevant qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar. Excellent stakeholder, commercial, and project planning skills are also required.
