The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical and product support to our customers.

  • Safety Commitment: You will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and perform all work activities in a safe manner.
  • Technical Expertise: You will possess significant experience in mechanical trade or engineering and a proven understanding of key disciplines such as mechanical/electrical systems, schematics, drawings and manual interpretation.
  • Problem Solving Skills: You will have high-level analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate resolution of product and technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with the ability to effectively liaise and deliver information at a high level to diverse internal and external customers.
