The Role

Job Description

As a skilled coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily trade schedules nationwide. This involves coordinating and organizing reactive and preventative facilities maintenance, optimizing business operations, and ensuring project delivery within allotted timelines.

Your problem-solving expertise will be essential in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to coordinate and manage tasks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily trade schedules nationwide.
  2. Coordinate and organize reactive and preventative facilities maintenance.
  3. Optimize business operations to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines.
  4. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, coordination, or facilities maintenance, intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel), and exceptional organization and time management skills.
