About the Role

The Social & Influencer Director will be responsible for driving the social and influencer product overall within Wavemaker and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social and influencer marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Work with client teams and clients to define the opportunity for social content and influencer partnerships.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding influencer marketing implementation and results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Social and Influencer Marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering engagement-driving social strategies and building and managing large communities.
  • Ability to interpret social platform and influencer research to develop end-to-end organic social and influencer strategy.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns preferred.
