Job Overview

Wavemaker is seeking an experienced Social Media Influence Director to lead our Social & Influencer team in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns. As a key member of our Content Partnerships department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing social media influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Managing relationships with social media influencers and content creators
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with larger marketing initiatives
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing efforts
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and influencer relations
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
