About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Director to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our Content and Partnerships department, you will be responsible for driving the social and influencer product overall within GroupM and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding influencer marketing implementation and results.
  • Collaborate with client teams and clients to define the opportunity for social content and influencer partnerships.
  • Work closely with our media planners and buyers to ensure seamless integration of content and media.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Social and Influencer Marketing, dealing with high-profile clients.
  • Experience in delivering engagement-driving social strategies, building and managing large communities.
  • Ability to interpret social platform and influencer research to develop end-to-end organic social and influencer strategy.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
