The Opportunity

We're seeking a
Senior Estimator
with proven expertise in marine, bridge, and concrete works to join our team. You'll lead the costing of high-profile infrastructure tenders, applying precision, insight, and creativity to deliver competitive bids. Working alongside an experienced, collaborative team, you'll be central to our continued success in securing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for tenders and bids.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and project scopes for infrastructure works.
  • Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Identify and assess project risks, proposing effective cost strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership teams to produce winning submissions.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, construction innovations, and cost benchmarks.

About You

  • 7+ years of estimating experience in marine, bridge, and/or concrete infrastructure.
  • Strong civil engineering knowledge and construction methodology expertise.
  • Skilled in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Calm under pressure, thrives on tight deadlines, and committed to accuracy.
