We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our heavy earthmoving fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and quality manner. They will also be expected to manage workshop activities, control variations, and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Reviewing and approving quotes from suppliers
  • Liaising with clients to follow up on purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and costs incurred

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a trade qualification relevant to the mining and maintenance sector and at least 2 years of management or senior maintenance experience. A valid Australian driver's license is also required.
