Senior Technical Account Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished Technical Account Professional to contribute to our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, including cloud, Azure, Windows, and networking. Proficiency in Office 365 is also required.
You will work closely with our service desk, field technicians, and engineering team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to multiple end customers.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent leadership abilities, as you will be responsible for mentoring your team and driving customer satisfaction results.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Take technical ownership of client environments, ensuring they are robust, well-managed, and meet client needs
- Design technical solutions, develop, and present proposals for up-sell opportunities
- Mentor your team in the delivery of service and technical support
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction results
- Identify opportunities to enhance client environments through problem analysis and management
- To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar function within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrated experience dealing with C-level executives
- Leadership experience/ambition
- Relevant IT certifications
- Strong analytical skills
- An in-depth understanding of SLAs/ITIL
- Experience with Account/Client Management principles and practice
