Role Overview

The Allied Health Team Leader is a key position within our organisation, responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals and managing a reduced adult disability caseload. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where clinical excellence and personalised care are at the forefront of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Allied Health team to ensure they are delivering goal-centred care
  • Work with the Allied Health General Manager to generate new referrals
  • Conduct performance appraisals of staff
  • Develop and implement professional development initiatives
  • Assist with local recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Manage a reduced adult disability caseload

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
  • SPA membership or AHPRA registration
  • 2+ years clinical experience
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
