The Role

We're seeking a Part-Time Sales Team Member to join our team as a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and offering recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight. Your typical week will consist of:

Week One - 14.25 Hours:

  • Tuesday: 12pm – 5pm
  • Thursday: 5pm – 9.15pm (Supervisor)
  • Saturday: 11am - 4pm

Week Two - 17.25 Hours:

  • Monday: 8.45am – 5.45pm (Supervisor)
  • Tuesday: 12pm – 5pm
  • Thursday: 5pm – 9.15pm (Supervisor)

Salary

$22-$28 per hour estimated salary based on location and industry standards.
