We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Aged Care Assessor to join our team.

This role involves delivering high-quality care needs assessments for individuals who require assistance with everyday tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and funding guidelines.

You will be responsible for undertaking client assessments, reviewing and developing support plans, and promoting client choice and involvement in decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, and at least one year of experience in aged care settings.
