We are seeking a dedicated Age Care Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation, and review of resident care plans
- Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
- Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
- Monitor, record, and communicate residents' conditions and needs accurately
- Safely administer medications
- Provide wound care
- Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
