Job Title: Pallet Controller

 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Pallet Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating full stocktakes across stores and DCs, ensuring accurate pallet tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate full stocktakes across stores and DCs to ensure accurate pallet tracking.
  • Manage 2ic system accuracy by reconciling invoices and tracking equipment movements.
  • Drive equipment compliance through regular audits and process monitoring.
  • Build strong relationships with DCs and stores to support smooth pallet operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience with 2ic equipment control or handling inventory, stock receipting, or managing admin around equipment flow.
  • Solid understanding of CHEP & Loscam hire equipment fundamentals.
  • Exposure to SAP or similar stock/inventory systems.
  • Great attention to detail, numeracy, and admin skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a knack for influencing others and improving processes.
  • Previous DC, warehouse, or retail back-of-house experience.
