Practice Management Opportunity

We are excited to be reopening our Riverway clinic and are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager to play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of a locally loved clinic.

\

This is a great opportunity to let your passion shine every day whilst being part of a strong and supportive brand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering and change management. They will also be required to undertake general nursing tasks, lead and develop the team, and build a positive team culture.

\

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, while implementing actions to encourage improvement. You will also be driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives.
