\Lead Program Developer - Sensitive Physical Examinations\

The University of Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of the Sensitive Physical Examinations Program.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy, aligning with advances in medical knowledge and educational practice.\
  • Manage and support a team of Clinical Teaching Associates (CTAs), ensuring a sustainable and skilled educator pool.\
  • Design and review teaching materials, promoting excellence in education and patient care.\
  • Foster collaboration with other health professional education programs and organisations, promoting and expanding the SPEP.\
  • Conduct research and develop scholarly approaches to quality assurance and continuous improvement.\
  • Teach, mentor, and provide academic guidance to CTAs and students.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.\\/ul>\Requirements\
