Lead Educator and Program Developer

This is a part-time employment opportunity available Monday to Friday.
About The RoleAs our new educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
You will support and guide children's learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the early childhood sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Design and implement educational experiences to enhance children's developmental programs.
- Assist in observing and evaluating individual children's strengths, interests, and preferences.
- Guide and support your team, ensuring a collaborative teaching environment.
You are an experienced educator passionate about leading and developing age-specific programs and daily routines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A recognised Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience leading and developing educational programs and routines.
- An approved Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid Certification.
