Program Lead – Digital Transformation

Ormond College, University of Melbourne

Part-time 3 days per week (0.6 FTE) | Fixed-term: 18 months

Join one of Australia's most distinguished academic communities. Ormond College is the largest residential college at the University of Melbourne and home to the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Program Lead to drive our digital transformation agenda.

About the RoleReporting to the Director of Technology, this part-time position leads a portfolio of key digital initiatives that enhance the student, staff and donor experience. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver projects such as CRM and LMS implementations, student mobile Apps and data analytics platforms.

What You'll Bring5+ years' experience in project leadership, ideally in education or not-for-profit sectorsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsProven ability to manage budgets, risks and governanceKnowledge of systems such as CRM, FMS, LMS and Microsoft 365PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is highly regarded
