Job Title: Property and ESG Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic organization that prioritizes innovative solutions and sustainability.

As a Property and ESG Specialist, you will play a key role in managing lease administration, ESG data collection, and providing vital support for property-related activities.

  • Lease Administration: Oversee lease renewals, terms, and compliance.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and update ESG data, ensuring accuracy in databases, and assist in the creation of ESG reports and disclosures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners regarding lease terms, sustainability efforts, power consumption, and more.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential support, including organizing meetings, invoice approvals, and other general administrative tasks.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property administration, preferably within a multi-site industrial portfolio.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and motivated approach.
  • Proven ability to support property administration activities and improve processes.
  • Experience in managing ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to monitor lease performance, compliance, and ensure accurate lease information.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of ESG issues and trends.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
  • Experience using property management tools like Lease Eagle, Optima, or Diligent.
