**The Opportunity**:
In this role, you will manage lease administration, ESG data collection, and provide vital support for property-related activities.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lease Administration: Manage lease renewals, terms, and compliance.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and update ESG data, ensuring accuracy in databases, and assist in the creation of ESG reports and disclosures.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams and external partners regarding lease terms, sustainability efforts, power consumption, and more.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential support, including organizing meetings, invoice approvals, and other general admin tasks.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Operations department on various projects and initiatives as needed.

**What We Are Looking For**:
Mandatory:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in property administration, preferably within a multi-site industrial portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and motivated approach.
- Proven ability to support property administration activities and improve processes.
- Experience in managing ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to monitor lease performance, compliance, and ensure accurate lease information.

Preferred:

- Understanding of ESG issues and trends.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards.Experience using property management tools like Lease Eagle, Optima, or Diligent.
