Job Summary
This role requires managing complaints, assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required. It includes managing escalated complaints and working to strict deadlines. The successful candidate will also draft and send high-quality written correspondence, coordinate correspondence, briefing and reporting functions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience responding to complaints over the phone and in writing. You will also need extensive experience dealing with escalations and associated investigations. Strong communication skills are essential, both over the phone and in writing, as is attention to detail.
