Complaints Manager

We oversee the governance of significant complaints and concerns across various departments. Our team is committed to developing a strong culture around complaints management, enhancing the overall performance of the healthcare system.

We provide independent oversight, triage, assessment, and review of referred complaints, focusing on complex and sensitive concerns; act as an escalation point for intricate and sensitive complaints, and undertake analysis of complaints data for reporting and identification of areas of concern.

We are responsible for the intake and coordination of requests from regulatory authorities, including the Integrity Commission, the Health Complaints Commissioner, and other relevant bodies.
