Senior Project Coordinator

A prominent Head Contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work on new build projects.
Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and develop cash flow statements.
- Contribute to financial reports for the Management Team.
- Educate site supervisory staff on the project's scope of works and tender package inclusions.
- Compile tender documentation for subcontractor procurement, including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, and tender analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Cordinate with clients regarding progress claims to the Head Contract.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
- Experience as the sole Contract Administrator on a project.
- Understanding of Australian commercial and legal issues related to head contracts.
- Knowledge of major building trades.
- Basic estimating skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects from start to finish.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated longevity at previous employers.
