We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Project Manager to join our esteemed client's Melbourne team.
This role is an opportunity to manage and deliver large-scale mechanical projects within their major projects department.
You will be responsible for overseeing projects with a mechanical value of $20 million and above, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion, focusing on projects with a mechanical value of $20 million and above.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with in-house engineering, drafting, estimation, and administration teams to drive project success.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
