Job Description:

As our Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with our mission and values. You will foster a culture of empowerment and resilience among staff, ensure financial sustainability through effective resource management, and provide sound governance and effective reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
