Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional client service and support to our trading desks and corporate client deal teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a suite of controls, ensuring the integrity of T0 trade data, producing accurate risk reports, and facilitating reconciliations.

They will also communicate effectively with clients and external brokers to resolve trade economics discrepancies.

In addition, they will work closely with the Securities Middle Office team to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in trade support or middle office operations, preferably in investment banking or with a buy-side firm.
  • A general knowledge of middle and back office operations, including bookings, confirmations, reconciliations, settlements, and corporate actions.
  • An ability to analyze complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry and market-driven initiatives.
