  • Manage Financial Teams: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and reporting, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Security Clearance: Must hold a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance.
